Gurnee Dodge won my business. They were not the first stop in our search for a new vehicle.. We were warmly greeted by Justin who would introduce us to the vehicle we were considering. Justin was knowle stop in our search for a new vehicle.. We were warmly greeted by Justin who would introduce us to the vehicle we were considering. Justin was knowledgeable and well versed on the differences between the various trim levels and did not push one trim over the other. Additionally, Justin knew how the vehicles worked and what we should expect relative to performance. This was a big difference between Gurnee Dodge and the other dealers we had visited. Mitch and Nick helped round out the experience. I have often found car buying to be a painful process that is filled with pressure tactics and theatrics. This was not the case at Gurnee Dodge. There was no pressure applied. The staff supplied the information we wanted and then some. We had open discussion concerning price without the usual "my manager will never sign off on that but I'll ask". I look forward to a long relationship with Gurnee Dodge. More

This was my first time personally buying a used vehicle and purchasing from this dealership, but my family has previously bought two Dodge vehicles from this dealership.
