Justin was knowledgeable and well versed on the differences between the various trim levels and did not push one trim over the other. Additionally, Justin knew how the vehicles worked and what we should expect relative to performance. This was a big difference between Gurnee Dodge and the other dealers we had visited. Mitch and Nick helped round out the experience. I have often found car buying to be a painful process that is filled with pressure tactics and theatrics. This was not the case at Gurnee Dodge. There was no pressure applied. The staff supplied the information we wanted and then some. We had open discussion concerning price without the usual "my manager will never sign off on that but I'll ask". I look forward to a long relationship with Gurnee Dodge. More

I started viewing used Jeeps online with the help of Cassie, looking for a used Grand Cherokee to replace my 2001 Grand Cherokee. I spoke with Justin but there was nothing that fit my criteria so I tes Cassie, looking for a used Grand Cherokee to replace my 2001 Grand Cherokee. I spoke with Justin but there was nothing that fit my criteria so I test drove a used Wrangler that was reasonably priced, but It had more miles than I wanted. In the meantime I bought a used Grand Cherokee from another dealership, one which I would never visit again, so now I was looking for a used Wrangler. After checking from Bloomington to Milwaukee it seemed more reasonable to buy new. I saw a 2014 Wrangler Unlimited at a price I could accept so I stopped in on Veterans Day to take a look. Justin was very accommodating during a snowy blustery day as we test drove three Wranglers. All in all I felt I got a great deal, including a veteran discount and a fair trade in on my Jeep Liberty, plus a great rate from my credit union directly from the dealership. A couple days after the sale my wife needed to come in to complete the paperwork and we were warmly welcomed and offered incentive to return for services with both our Jeeps. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No game playing or haggling over this and that. More
