We had a deal made to purchase a new car. Even had keys in our hand. We shook on deal and went to see the guy about extended warrenty. Then finance man came and said we need to put more money down. Service dept is rude and very unhelpful. I was told that the problem i addressed was fixed and it wasnt. I had my car in 4 times in a year and a half. I stopped by the dealership on Friday, June 3, 2011, to have a back light checked and they offered me a car wash. Was I in for a "big surprise!" I highly recommend you never go to this dealership for anything. The porter should be taking your car through the car wash and nothing else!Instead of snooping through your vehicle! This young porter is a liar and the service manager should of done more in this situation. I am writing letters to the owner of this dealership, Dodge Company, and filing a report on this company through the better business bureau. I will also contact local newspapers.
