My son ,Jeremy Blanchard, had to have an engine replaced because it locked up after an oil change. The service mgr told me that they could not determine what caused this problem while a tech named Michael a because it locked up after an oil change. The service mgr told me that they could not determine what caused this problem while a tech named Michael apparently told the insurance company for Fast Lane Lube Masters that it was caused by a lack of maintenance. Is the tech smarter than the boss? Also the transmission had problems when he picked the vehicle up that was not there prior to the engine swap. This was later found to be from shoddy tech work when changing out the engine. The lawyers will be straightening out these issues now. PS. It will be the last Dodge anyone in my family owns if this doesn't get resolved fairly. More
