Rating is what it is because I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced. I scheduled my appointment and dropped it off. And made sure to let the service coordinator that if the was going to be kept for mo vehicle serviced. I scheduled my appointment and dropped it off. The car wasn’t even looked at (diagnosed) within the first couple days. When I called to explain the situation again, I was left no other option than to pick up my vehicle as I had to have transportation to/from work. The repeated request for a courtesy vehicle was denied and it was suggested I rent a car. I simply require a dealership that is more accommodating with a courtesy vehicle and it doesn’t seem like that is an option at the Gurnee VW. That being said, the service coordinator at drop off was very pleasant!! More

Felix in service replaced 3 malfunctioning TPMS sensors and repaired a nail stuck in my tire that another shop missed totally.
