In all fairness, after my post the Service Department had the tech ride with me to feel the problem. They assured me that it was nothing structural with the car. While there is clearly something wrong with the car, the fact that the manager got involved and seemed sincere makes a difference. I will more than likely not have my cars serviced here anymore, but I wanted to respond and let customers know that eventually they tried to solve the problem or at least demonstrated concern. Lastly, I've serviced two different vehicles with them and never had an issue until now. Just unfortunate that the one time that I have, it costs me a lot of money with no solution.
