The only service on my 2006 Eddie Bauer Explorer has been done by Gwinnett Place Ford. I have purchased my last 2 Explorers from them. Took my Expedition in because of a problem with the transmission. Another Ford store couldn't fix it so I took it here. Matt in service was great. They had the car 11 days cause they wanted to make sur transmission. Another Ford store couldn't fix it so I took it here. Matt in service was great. I had a positive experience. Geo was very professional and did an excellent job. Every one at the dealership was nice and extremely helpful.
