I wish I could give H&H Chevy a better review, but my experience has been nothing short of disheartening. After purchasing an oil change package, I was shocked to learn that it was VIN specific, a detail experience has been nothing short of disheartening. After purchasing an oil change package, I was shocked to learn that it was VIN specific, a detail buried in the fine print that was never mentioned to me during the sale. To add to the frustration, we recently faced a tragic family loss with the passing of my 25-year-old son due to a brain aneurysm. In the wake of this, we decided to purchase his truck. When we approached H&H to sell our vehicle which they have serviced since moving to the area, we were met with indifference and an uncooperative attitude. To our disbelief, H&H offered us $3,500 less than two other dealerships for the same truck. Having spent 26 years in elite sales, I’ve always heard the stereotype that car dealerships and salespeople are the "pond xxxx" of the industry, and my experience at H&H has only solidified that belief. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with us during such a difficult time is truly disappointing. I will never purchase another vehicle from H&H or any of their subsidiaries. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. More
I recently had my 2022 Silverado in for and oil change and alignment. I also needed to replace a smart key that had been lost. Josh Erspamer has been my Go-to Service Advisor for many years because he is prompt at keeping me informed of progress and only recommending services that I need to keep the vehicle in top shape without trying to upsell. The H&H Service Department upholds the values of integrity and customer service that are the core of the Hinchcliff family. Josh Erspamer always upholds these values.
