Crazy Very disappointed in the ability to help make a deal with me on a new vehicle. They cannot diagnose what is wrong with my vehicle they sold me, just Very disappointed in the ability to help make a deal with me on a new vehicle. They cannot diagnose what is wrong with my vehicle they sold me, just spent almost $300 today and they brought it to me with the check engine light back on. I would expect them to work a lot more with me considering they sold the vehicle to me and cannot diagnose the issue. They wanted to me finance $38,000. The new car I was interested in was $24,000 and the amount I owe is $18,000. A month and a half ago, they offered me almost $9,000 for my trade and today they only offered me close to $6,000. I feel after all the stress, energy, and money I’ve spent with/at this dealership, they would be more willing to help me get that cost down on a different vehicle that actually works considering they were not able to diagnose it while under warranty so many times. Casey has been wonderful in service though! If it wasn't for her when I called before bringing my vehicle in this last time, I 100% would have never come back. More

Colorado trailer brake controller While getting my oil changed on my 2018 Colorado, I asked for a price to install the in dash trailer brake controller shown in the owner's manual. I w While getting my oil changed on my 2018 Colorado, I asked for a price to install the in dash trailer brake controller shown in the owner's manual. I was told they would install it with no warranty. I asked how to get it done right and was told they had to call GM and all how to do it (the truck is prewired for it). I said ok, call me when you know. They never did. I called a month later and was told a service guy would call back. Never did. I called GM and was told they didn't know but would call h and h. GM called back and said h and h said it isn't possible because the truck has to be reprogrammed to accept the controller and no one could do that. I note again the the truck is pre-wired the controller. I think someone is lying. More

Competitively priced H&H worked hard to get their price close to a very similar car at another dealership and although they did not offer as much for my trade-in as they i H&H worked hard to get their price close to a very similar car at another dealership and although they did not offer as much for my trade-in as they implied they would over the phone, I feel like we came to a pretty fair overall price.
