VERY DISAPPOINTED! I came and test drove a truck I was interested in and made it very clear to make the deal work I would need a great deal. They set me up a appointment a couple days later and called me several times to ensure I was there on time. Well, I get there on time and waited 20 minutes until my salesman finally showed up. We finally started to work some numbers and my salesman Joe seemed to have no clue what he was doing. Their was a advertised internet price for this truck that they didnt want to honor and not work with the price. They kept coming back with even higher prices and payments that didnt make any sense. I have purchased 3 vehicles from here in the past and this was the worst experience I ever had. I wasted 2 hours of my time and got nowhere with them, they didnt seem to want to work with me at all. With my calculations we were only a few thousand apart from their advertised price to what I offered. I couldnt believe they let me leave a deal for a $50,000 truck, and to top it all off my salesman suggested I "water down my milk at home" to afford a higher payment. Well, I will not be coming back here and I will be sure to pass on my experience to my vast network of friends, family and co-workers because H&H Chevy dosnt need your business! More
trying to but a new car i live in lincoln and it was worth the drive to omaha to buy a car and a truck just bummed out when i went for the third car and couldn't get a deal. i live in lincoln and it was worth the drive to omaha to buy a car and a truck just bummed out when i went for the third car and couldn't get a deal. was very disappointed after spending 50 grand at a dealership had a great sales person in john niggemeyer who was trying to close the deal for tami horne on e sales. i can't help that chevy makes such a good product that my 2003 impala has 270 thousand miles on it very well maintain, but i know i should get more than 500 bucks for it!! yes still bitter about the slap in the face on that. i hope someone wakes up cause there are other chevy dealers. thank you for your time bob schoonover More
Very disappointed with the H&H management staff at this dealership. Sales staff had a pleasant demeanor , but sales management did not. I noticed this was the case it's several attempted "deals" that this dealership. Sales staff had a pleasant demeanor , but sales management did not. I noticed this was the case it's several attempted "deals" that were taking place around me in the cubicles. The salesperson plays the good guy then they brings in management to play the part of the bad guy. I cannot speak for others, but I am much too old to play these kind of childish games. Management specifically was fairly condescending, very short and rude, and also quite abrupt. I have dealt with many local dealers over the years and truly feel this one can use an updated corse in pleasant customer service. More
HH folks were great to work with, I appreciated being able to walk through the sales lot without being hassled, and Pat had a great, no nonsense approach to coming to a deal. Staff was also apologetic about being a little backed up--I cam in on a Saturday afternoon so I can't complain at all about there being a lot of customer traffic to deal with. I've been looking at cars on and off for 6 months, and HH has been the best dealership to work with in Omaha that I've visited. More

They wasted several hours of my time requiring me to come down and put a deal together on a vehicle they couldn't deliver. After taking my deposit their level of comunication dropped like a rock. Another local dealer (Classic Chevrolet in Council Bluffs) Not only showed interest in selling me a vehicle, they first located one, then made sure it was available and put the entire deal together over the phone. This saved me valuable time. No sales office grinding, no BS just straight forward communication. I should probably mention they beat the "best deal" from H and H on an equally priced vehicle by several thousand dollars via a much better interest rate and higher trade in value. SORRY H and H, you lost a customer, a sale, and wont be getting the kickback you expected on the much higher interest rate. Shame on you. Is honesty and integrity to much too ask???? More
Very friendly, found exactly what vehicle I wanted and delivered it in a timely manner. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I have family that told me about H&H. Never been there I have family that told me about H&H. Never been there before, but did hear of H&H. Heard nothing but good about them. I would go back anytime in the future. You never know it might be for a 2500 Durimax desiel pickup, this is a very sharp pickup. But the real thing is the freindly people they have to help you. I have been a loyal customer of another Chevrolet Dealer in the Omaha area for over 14 years. Unfortunately, I feel that this dealership let me down and I went looking for another dealer. I was contacted in the Omaha area for over 14 years. Unfortunately, I feel that this dealership let me down and I went looking for another dealer. I was contacted by Chris Lidgett of H&H online and within a couple of weeks he had the Suburban that my wife and I were looking for at a reasonable price. The deal was done essentially by e-mail. Then when we went in to sign for the purchase, John Niggemeyer was the salesman. What a fantastic individual. John was fully briefed by Chris and within a few minutes, my wife and Iwere ready to sign the papers. John was very open and direct and friendly. It so happens that he is from the same hometown as my wife and therefore there was an instant connection. He was fantastic. I have ONLY dealt with one dealer since moving to Omaha for the past 20 years regarding GM and Chevy products, I have now found my next dealer. Then we went to what normally is the most difficult individual to deal with, the finance manager. But this case Matt Smock was as much a reason for my pleasant experience of buying a car as John or Chris. I am 53 years old and in my entire life, I have ONLY had a good experience buying a car, I mean where when I went home, I was VERY pleased with the purchase. That occurred in 1994, at my previous dealer. Unfortunately, the salesman at that dealership has passed away. I used to think that I would never have a PLEASANT experience purchasing a car again.....UNTIL now, H&H has provided me with that once in a lifetime satisfaction of purchase for ONLY the second time in my life. Then when we met the Sales Manager and the Business Manager, well, let me just say, I AM A H&H customer as long as these individuals handle me. thank you H&H for a PLEASANT and Good experience, even after I have left the lot.
