In February 2023, I bought a 2002 Ferrari 360 Spider from HGregLux and had a good experience, which is why I even considered doing business with them again. Fast forward to June 2026, and that goodwill was completely wasted. I had been speaking with a “Sales Manager” (Bobby) since mid-May about a new deal involving a trade-in of the very Ferrari I bought from them. Throughout those conversations, I was given trade numbers based on their own stock examples and was told to consider other cars that supposedly fit my criteria. Every time I inquired about a vehicle, I was talked out of it by the “Sales Manager,” who claimed the cars were either: junk consignments, lemon law buybacks, unsellable inventory at another location, or otherwise just not worth buying. In summary, nothing initially pursued turned out to be anything worthwhile. Then in June, when I finally found a car that actually seemed to fit – based on my criteria and theirs, the story changed fast. Suddenly, they didn’t want my car at all. After multiple text exchanges where I reminded them of our earlier discussions, they dropped the trade-in offer by over $12K from what had originally been quoted. That’s not negotiation — that’s wasting someone’s time and then moving the goalposts when it suits them. What makes this worse is that I had just put more than $11,000 into service work on my low-mile trade-in and made them aware of it, so they knew exactly what kind of condition the car was in. Despite that, they still chose to play games. I was also led to believe they wanted my repeat business and were making promises along the way — free shipping, accommodations, and other talk that now looks completely hollow. When I called them out on it, I was told I had not actually been dealing with Bobby personally, but with a group mailbox. So much for the personal attention they were trying to sell me. If that’s their idea of customer service, it’s a joke. Not sure what happened to “Bobby”, he seemed a nice guy, but maybe he got smart and left the company… Bottom line: this place feels shady now. The amount of problematic, damaged, or unsellable stock they appear to be sitting on is a red flag, and this second experience made it clear that the good impression from 2023 was not something I should have trusted (that original salesperson left the company years back btw). If you’re considering buying from them, do not take anything at face value. Verify everything, inspect the vehicle carefully, and assume every promise they make after the sale is meaningless. Buyer beware. More
The worst used car dealer in South Florida. I purchased a 2024 AMG GT 63, and Mercedes-Benz will not honor the warranty. Very shady place —steer clear unless you want to be cheated and dragged into drama and lies. I plan to go all the way to the AG and the motor vehicle department. I'm pretty active in the car community. The Pompano location is extremely bad. They play every dirty trick in the book. I would not trust a car, a car fax, a finance document, or even the mileage on a unit. Buyer beware More

That particular warranty as only one year for the exterior only. The extended warranty was already on the car but they charged be for another one. When I received the loan statement they had added an additional $10,000 to the loan. I have never met such liars in my 45 years purchasing cars. More
We agreed that the dealer would pay $55,000 for my trade in. After the paperwork was signed, the changed the amount that they would pay to what my pay off amount was. The window sticker they sent me did not even match the vehicle they sold me once i picked up the vehicle.. furthermore they sold me a warranty that i should be able to cancel. But once the paperwork had been completed they refuse to answer any phone calls and hide behind their desks. I will be making a trip to pompano to see this dealership and cancel the warranties in person but am sure I will get some other type of runaround once I get there. Truly what is wrong with car dealerships in florida. Not to mention they sold me the vehicle not serviced, needing new breaks, needing a differential fluid flush etc etc etc. Absolutely disgusting business tactics. More
Most dishonest dealership I have ever experienced. Everything they promised over the phone was ignored once they found out I was doing self financing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! They DO NOT give a xxxx about their customers post purchase. The Porsche 911 that I purchased had a few issues after I purchased it, and they didn't even care to address a single one. This dealership claims that 911s are their "bread and butter", yet Boris (my sales rep) seemed to not know much about the car that I was purchasing, and the car is not in the condition that they claimed it was in. When you're purchasing a high end sports car, good customer service is to be expected, and clearly this dealership failed to do this. As a business owner and former car salesman, there are some basic principles in the car buying/selling experience in which I think they failed. For example, the car rep must have a decent amount of brand knowledge, as a knowledgeable brand ambassador always impresses customers. And putting empathy at the center of your business is very important when it comes to a positive customer experience. According to my experience, THEY FAILED, and I will not be returning to this dealership to purchase my GT3. More
