Business model not working When i call the dealership to see if the car was available, I was talked into an appointment so the car would be there for me. When I arrived the car was not there, I was told the warehouse was 2 miles away, I waited an hour until the salesmen got back. that was was awful in that crowded room with music blaring. First and last experience with HGreg and co. I don't think the blame should go against Frank Rosales, He didn't know about me until i got there. More

Supreme Customer Service!!! I had been looking for a very specific truck for a few months when one popped up from HGREG. I reached out to their customer service department for t I had been looking for a very specific truck for a few months when one popped up from HGREG. I reached out to their customer service department for the initial inquiry and their rep (Alexandra) went above and beyond to handle my requests for additional info and pics as I live 3.5 hours from where this truck was located. From there she put me in touch with the GM for the Miami store, Hebert. Hebert was extremely accommodating and was able to answer my questions and even sent a few additional photos :-) Once the truck had been through (and passed) inspections and service, I was contacted by David V. and he was one of the best sales reps I have ever worked with. I am a "tough" buyer and he was able to address most all of my needs/wants (within reason) and in the end we were able to structure a deal that worked well for both sides. David even stayed late and helped me transfer my personal belongings from my "old" truck to the new. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent customer service! Finally, Rex M. This is one fine gentlemen and was a true pleasure to work with during the "signing" phase of the transaction. He was direct, detailed and humorous. A true joy to work with especially given that it was so late in the work day (8:30pm). To summarize, I would say the overall experience was as good (if not better) that you would expect at a household name dealership like Lexus, Mercedes, Audi, etc. I would def recommend working with this company to anyone. Be sure to ask for David V. if you're buying at the Miami store! More

Lack of integrity, morals and customer service. After test driving the used 2012 vehicle, I knew the brakes needed replacing. We had an ordeal getting that repaired in house at the Broward location. Several trips where a waste of time because even after being told to come in for service, the part wasn't there?? Now, less than 30 days of the vehicle being in the Hgreg service center, we now are out of pocket $400+ having to replace the wheel bearing?? My issue is that prior to the test drive, myself and husband were told for weeks the vehicle as in the Recon center, then it was in the service department, then after being serviced we could come test drive. Well here I am frustrated, cannot for the life of me get any sort of manager to reach out or contact me. This place is crooked and can't do the right thing. I firmly believe they never checked the vehicle other than making sure it could turn on. This entire experience with Hgreg is shameful and they truly should be embarrassed on how they conduct business. More
Worst Car Buying Experience in 40 Years Customer service is severely lacking. After dealing with two different salespeople that made me feel like they were doing me a favor, I got to the point of writing up the deal so they showed me a breakdown of costs and asked if I had any questions. So naturally I asked what the extra $1300 was for. The salesman then throws up his hands and says "I don't even know how to respond... it's a standard dealer processing fee!" I replied that I expected a fee but I thought it was excessive so he brings over the sales manager Jorge. Jorge was the best yet. He immediately gets in my face and says it a processing fee not a dealer fee. Then without missing a beat he says, "Maybe this isn't the car for you...maybe you can't afford it." From what I saw it was not just one bad actor but many and overall every part of the buying process had problems on their end that left me with the impression that this business is not on the level. When I got home I found that they even transcribed the VIN# improperly on the paperwork. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before going or I would have known better. More
