Salesman was great. The process is the problem, the price listed was one , the price charged was another, and even though this was pointed out multiple times during the paperwork, it was constantly said the listed was one , the price charged was another, and even though this was pointed out multiple times during the paperwork, it was constantly said the finance manager would change it on his side. obviously never did, and when all said and done , he stated that everything would have to be done all over ,(Took 2days). The manager on duty that night was rude , when questioning price changes and finance changes, his response was just ," I going to sell the car to someone else". I could go on into more detail, but its no point.. I love my car even though it needs rear tires( safety issue) and promised a fill up because of my trouble (did not get) 1/2 of a tank. The only reason for still completing the sale , is because of it being an older odd ball car thats only on a few lots and in the color i wanted. More

Overall great experience with you guys. I just brought a car from HGreg Orlando,the sale person was great to find me and my daughter her first car. But when my daughter tookthe car home it started shaking a little and then the antenna case cam was great to find me and my daughter her first car. But when my daughter tookthe car home it started shaking a little and then the antenna case came off when she was driving I,call HGreg Orlando next day and the person told me to bring it back on Thursday ,I did what he said when I got the car back there the staff was rude and didn’t want to hear about anything spoken to the manger and he just blew me off.I will never buy other car from that company ,they customers service sucks.
