For some reason, a lot of our paperwork for this car lists it as being bought from the Doral location when we were in fact at the Orlando location. A lot of the sales reps were standing around, sitting lists it as being bought from the Doral location when we were in fact at the Orlando location. A lot of the sales reps were standing around, sitting at the tables in the lobby, joking and laughing and carrying on while we were left waiting at every step of the process. Our sales rep was carrying his Red Bull can around everywhere he went. The car we originally came to see was incorrectly featured on their website as having a third row, which was a huge disappointment. Not only did they not detail the car before we left, they didn't gas it up or wash it. I really wanted this car, otherwise I would have left. I would not buy from here again. More
