Worst Experience ever Bought a car from the dealership. Car was really nice and I was ecstatic to have purchased it. Right before I took possession three warning lights pop Bought a car from the dealership. Car was really nice and I was ecstatic to have purchased it. Right before I took possession three warning lights popped up on the dash right there in the lot. The dealership rep noticed and asked me to come back the next day. Came back the next day and never saw the car again. After repeated calls into service, repeated moments of being left on hold, repeated mentions of "we will call you back", repeated mentions of parts had to ordered, we had to start threatening the dealership for answers. It took almost a week to find out the car had issues. We learned that from one of the sales managers as they do not have a customer service or a repair service manager. Then we were told we had to wait more days for parts to come. Honestly, we don't think they were ever ordered. After another week the sales manager said the repair or let's say "patch work" they were going to do didn't work and that it was actually going to cost an extra $3,000 to fix it. The manager simply said they are not willing to cover it. We weren't either. The deal had to be cancelled and we were told the car will eventually go to auction. Here comes the slap in the face, the very same car (matching stock number, matching VIN) was "newly relisted" just three days after the deal was cancelled. Extremely frustrated, we feel scammed and so will the new buyer of the car. I think no one in the dealership expected for these warning light to come up so soon. Probably were hoping they would not come up until after the 7th day we had to return the car if we had any issues. We are going to share this experience for all friends and future buyers to be aware. I will say that our sales person was friendly and pleasant. He tried to help during the two week ordeal. Almost a month later... still has not be resolved. I'm still liable for a car that I don't have and it's market to sale to someone else. More
