He was very helpful, easy to get a hold of (which is the most important for me as I was a remote buyer), and up front about everything. Upon purchase, he took the time to pick me up from the airport in my new car, treated me to a some Miami Cuban Coffee and empanada's and had all the paperwork ready so the transaction took 25 minutes. First class service for such a large dealership. Only critique would be better communication between the sales departments and finance as my car deposit was accidentally attempted a charge of $1500 three times but Frank caught it before so I could call my credit card company.
