We figure, hey maybe hes new and the price is worth it, so lets work the kinks. Terms reached, check in the mail. Took almost 3 weeks to go start to finish, acceptable I guess, snail mailing official documents takes a while. Then, it takes them two weeks after my check cleared to even get me a shipping quote finalized (first quote was “no more than 500”, second was 6, THIRD was the agreed 500). Then I was told it would be 24hours shipped. Will be here in 4 “at the latest”. I paid two weeks of extra days of combined insurance costs for having “two cars” already, now another 500 as they loaded my vehicle up before confirming arrival dates, and my household is still on one car until sometime monday. This is why I avoided buying cars online and will continue to do so from now on. Hope its not a lemon. More

GREAT Sales People, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I have to say knowing this business well from experience i had a wonderful sales guy, Eddy who was great, Facetime'd with me so that i could see any d I have to say knowing this business well from experience i had a wonderful sales guy, Eddy who was great, Facetime'd with me so that i could see any damage BEFORE making the 2 hour drive. Found a 2nd car in the area they ended up having, and for a nice price BUT after buying the car, adding a full warranty, they WOULD NOT EVEN FILL THE GAS TANK! NO SECOND KEYS! MANAGEMENT "TERRY" is the WORST "Customer Service" I've ever dealt with, great finance manager as well but Terry has made this a BAD EXPERIENCE which could have been simply a wonderful one that STILL bothers me.. Would not even concede $200 dollars OR fill the gas tank, let alone work with me on a second key on a car that was $112K MSRP and over $60K Price there!!! I will be writing a letter to the home office, the car also had a bad battery which they made ME GO TO MY LOCAL DEALER NOW. I almost want to return the car but i will never recommend that anyone does a deal without knowing they wont budge on anything even if iits important! Also was LIED TO about one option on the car which is a huge deal for me which is why i'm considering returning the car. Overall was a great car, they had a great quality & selection as i looked all over and i am picky. Car was NOT detailed and tried to give the car away dirty, i waited 2 hours for a detail so i'm unhappy with the management and how they need to run a better shop! More

Albert - he was the manager that took over my case and finally made things happen. Now, on to the negative. !!!PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING AT HGREG!!! The process of purchasing my vehicle was an absolute joke. It started off with me calling to inquire about a vehicle 2 separate times and was told I would get a call back. Never got a call back. I probably should have taken the hint. I did finally purchase the vehicle I wanted but it took eight days to do so. The staff that I dealt with were incredibly incompetent. I was purchasing out of state and I constantly had to call my salesman to remind him to do paperwork. I had a deadline that I wanted to have the car purchase finalized by, and hgreg missed it by two days. Why? Because my salesman kept forgetting what he had to do. Try giving hgreg Doral a call.. 6 out of the 10 times you call they will transfer you and the call will drop. My father, who lives locally, went to the dealership twice and couldn't find a soul there. To top it all off, I have now returned to Mississippi with my vehicle. Ends up my car has electrical issues. headlights don't fully turn on, the parking sensors work only half the time, the windshield wiper sprayer doesn't work, only two of the four front speakers have any sound coming from them, the Bluetooth phone audio only works about 25% of the time, and my rear windows work intermediately.
