The worst dealership experience. Bought a from the dealership. Car was really nice and I was ecstatic to have purchased it. Right before I took possession three warning lights popp Bought a from the dealership. Car was really nice and I was ecstatic to have purchased it. Right before I took possession three warning lights popped up on the dash right there in the lot. The dealership rep noticed and asked me to come back the next day. Came back the next day and never saw the car again. After repeated calls into service, repeated moments of being left on hold, repeated mentions of "we will call you back", repeated mentions of parts had to ordered, we had to start threatening the dealership for answers. It took almost a week to find out the car had issues. We learned that from one of the sales managers as they do not have a customer service or a repair service manager. Then we were told we had to wait more days for parts to come. Honestly, we don't think they were ever ordered. After another week the sales manager said the repair or let's say "patch work" they were going to do didn't work and that it was actually going to cost an extra $3,000.to fix it. The manager simply said they are not willing to cover it. We weren't either. The deal had to be cancelled and we were told the car will eventually go to auction. Here comes the slap in the face, the very same car (matching stock number, matching VIN) was "newly relisted" just three days after the deal was cancelled. Extremely frustrated, we feel scammed and so will the new buyer of the car. I think no one in the dealership expected for these warning light to come up so soon. Probably were hoping they would not come up until after the 7th day we had to return the caring we had any issues. We are going to share this experience for all friends and future buyers to be aware. I will say that our sales person was friendly and pleasant. He tried to help during the two week ordeal. More

Waste of time. I was working with a very nice sales associate who went above and beyond, however, I was asked for more information for the finance department. I gave I was working with a very nice sales associate who went above and beyond, however, I was asked for more information for the finance department. I gave them the information requested, and was told to await a response. I waited patiently and at this point was two days into this sale. I got a call asking for additional information. Within five minutes of this call, the sales associate called me back and said the car I was buying was sold. I spent 5 hours test driving cars and looking for a great one. I was assured it would not be sold. I would not spend my money at this dealer for anything now. I understand things happen, however your inability to be forthright up front and honest, is appalling. I can only imagine the cars you must sell, Im sure you did me a huge favor by this. Now I will look else where for a reputable dealer. More
