Quite quick, helpful, and answer phones always I originally put a deposit on a car that when i arrived was not functioning, so the agent i was working with was honest and upfront about it. So then i decided to keep looking on the lots they have for another similar car, and Pedro and I searched and searched and finally found a car that was almost exactly the same, but 2yrs newer and for a great price.. His manager, Albert, was more than helpful, and both were very inderstanding of my nervousness, having traveled from another state to purchase a car. All in all, i got a great car with low miles, minor non-threatening issues, just be sure to thoroughly check the vehicle before you leave the lot, as the car i bought had the tire pressure sensors and the rear view camera REMOVED even though technically they were part of the price I payed in cash. Just pay attention, but dont feel too nervous, Hgreg does this every day and will get you a pretty good deal for your $$. Good work to Pedro Rodriguez and Albert Jrade. More

Great value excellent salesperson I recently bought an used Infiniti Qx60 from HGreg and it was a new experience for me. I usually go directly to the dealership first and find what I I recently bought an used Infiniti Qx60 from HGreg and it was a new experience for me. I usually go directly to the dealership first and find what I want but in this case I went online to their website first. I chatted with an online rep and set up an appointment for later in the day after I got off work. The prices seemed too good to be true and I hadn't bought a car in this manner before so I was skeptical. My sales representative was Amiee M. She was very nice and did a good job of showing me the car and was very friendly. I bought the car. She gave me her number to get in contact if I needed anything. A few days later I noticed a minor issue with the car and then I started feeling worried because sometimes people don't care anymore once you've signed the contract and left the car lot -- maybe the deal was too good to be true. But I was pleasantly relieved when I gave Amiee a call (on Saturday night) and she answered right away. She was very empathetic and listened to my problem and set up a service appointment ASAP. She checked in on me a few times and the problem was fixed by the HGreg service department. I would definitely buy a car from her again. Great price, nice person, and you can feel safe that they'll take care of you in case anything happens. More
