Good service, Bad tires I wanted to give this dealership five stars. The sales person named Rafael was awesome, but I only had one request; to have reliable tires for my pur I wanted to give this dealership five stars. The sales person named Rafael was awesome, but I only had one request; to have reliable tires for my purchase. However my request for new tires was denied by his management staff. I arrived home and the next day my tire pressure light popped on. The tires were old and unserviceabe. Attention to detail should be governed by integrity, but that was not the case in this transaction. In addition, this company is not Military or first responders friendly. #Doralestore More

Defective Cars & Bad Customer Service The absolutely most horrendous experience of my life buying a car. I purchased a larger car for my mother because she transports my disable daughter, The absolutely most horrendous experience of my life buying a car. I purchased a larger car for my mother because she transports my disable daughter, my son, and myself. We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape VIN#1FMCU0GD3HUB60268 and it drove home with some jerking. Which was explained to us that it's the EcoBoost and the Auto Turn-Off modes, we just needed to get use to it. We got home parked the car, turned it off, went inside and got my child for dinner. We get 0.04mi out and the car turns off into oncoming traffic. This car almost killed us. My mom turned it off and back on and floored it and the car didn't take the gas. It literally rolled away a millisecond from death. THEN! It gets worse. The car turned on and off repeatedly and no matter how far you pressed the gas, it wouldn't go past 10 Mph. All of the lights came on. The battery light, the oil light, the engine light, and the dash flashed an emergency notice "Engine Fault Service Now". We hadn't even had the car for 45min. Not to mention when I went to get my money refunded they refused to give it back and refused to show me the policy or agreement I signed that stated I had to receive a check. My money hadn't even left the building. Not to mention, they tired to schedule the tow truck to pick up the inoperable car AFTER the 3-Day guarantee. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy THIS car and do not do business with them. Once you buy the car, all that customer service goes out the window. They were disgustingly nasty to me after I wanted to exchange the car or get a refund. More

It was ok If it wasn’t for the GM and Finance manager I probably would have walked out. I really liked the car but the communication and follow up was subpar.
