I think you and I have a different definition of transparency. Transparency on pricing would be to actually list the car for the price you are selling it for, with the only exclusions being tax, tag and title. I would even give you a reasonable doc fee. IIRC the fees when I asked about one of your cars added more than $4k to the price. At that price it wouldn't even have been in my search criteria and would have saved us both some time. And that goodness I didn't drive the 2 hours to your dealership before asking about your fees, but I understand that is your goal.

Rodrigo, This comment does not align with our actual interaction. When we raised these concerns with you directly and in person, no meaningful solutions were offered. The only option presented was to unwind the deal, despite the issues being the result of misrepresentation and unfulfilled promises by your staff. Given that context, it is difficult to view this response as anything other than reactive. We attempted to address these concerns through the appropriate internal channels at the time and were met with dismissal rather than accountability. If the goal truly is resolution and customer trust, that opportunity existed well before this public response. Additionally, when I explicitly asked for a way to escalate this matter beyond the dealership level, I was provided with an incorrect email address for your superior. That further undermined confidence that a genuine resolution was being pursued and reinforced the impression that escalation was being intentionally discouraged. This response does not change the reality of how this situation was handled when it mattered most.
