had a very disappointing experience at HGregg. The manager was extremely rude and came across as dismissive rather than helpful. On top of that, when I asked questions about purchasing a vehicle, multiple employees seemed unsure of the answers and gave inconsistent information. As a customer making a major purchase, I expected knowledgeable staff and respectful service. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and unconfident in the dealership. The only positive thing about this dealership is the salesman that worked with us. I believe his name was Mustafa. Other than that, the majority of the trucks we looked at either did not look as nice as salesman that worked with us. I believe his name was Mustafa. Other than that, the majority of the trucks we looked at either did not look as nice as they did online or had significant rust damage to the frame that was painted over. The pictures they use online must have some kind of filtering or lighting to make the paint damage not look as bad. We did find a truck that we were interested in and attempted to negotiate (like you do at any other dealership). We started with $2500 under asking price, which I know is aggressive for a used vehicle, but the vehicle came back as a previous rental, had unexplained damage, an accident, and they also have a "non-negotiable" protection package. We were prepared to do the usual "back and forth" and probably settle on a higher price than what we offered. The salesperson said they do not negotiate at this dealership, but he can get his manager to look at it. The AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE MANAGER is the real reason I would 1000% not recommend this dealership. I'm not sure if it is because we appear younger, but the manager came over and was extremely aggressive and, honestly, disrespectful. He basically laughed at us for even suggesting that price. He told us we could go to any surrounding dealership, and we won't find a better deal. "Be my guest, please do", he said. He also asked my boyfriend how he even knew he would be approved for financing because he was a "first-time buyer". He was looking to finance simply to put something on his credit because he's bought his other 2 vehicles cash. He actually was planning to put a little over half down in the end, but they wouldn't know that because of the pompous manager. We've purchased 5 vehicles in the past and plan to continue in the future; HOWEVER, the manager completely ruined any chance of a sale or any business from us ever again. Completely uncalled for. I am a 65-year-old disabled man, I contacted H Gregg. Talked with Mr. bull about a 2019 Chevy Colorado. Mr. Bull told me it ran good and look great. He pointed out one scratch. I have the video. I decided to buy the truck. they delivered the truck before sunlight. When the sun came out, there was scratches and dents all over the truck. And that’s not the worst! I don’t drive a lot. About a week later I was on the highway for the first time transmission was slipping. I contacted Mr. bull. He told me he would talk with his general manager and get back with me. No response I texted them back . He told me someone else would be getting in touch with me. No response. I contacted them again. His response was that sell was as is, and there was nothing he could do! I cannot believe this. dealerships is in business. I have contacted the BBB and I Will not let this continue without some type of satisfaction. More

I’ve also called about this matter about my car not being the correct color on all my paperwork and trying to get it corrected but it must not be important enough to get taken care of because nobody has come to help me. I also texted about me not having a cap on my radiator and all my fluids were low. It okay though I will now never come back to them or refer anyone I know. They’re invested when they want to make the sale but FU after you sigh them papers. You got me once never again though. More

If you value your time, your money, and honest business practices, please read this before stepping foot on their lot. We live in the Austin area, and after finding what looked like a great vehicle online, we decided to reach out. Knowing that a trip to Houston is a serious commitment, we were incredibly diligent. We called multiple times to confirm the vehicle's availability. More importantly, we explicitly confirmed—again and again—that the advertised price was exactly what we would be paying, plus standard taxes and state fees. We were assured repeatedly that there would be no surprises. Based on those rock-solid promises, we made the difficult decision to cancel a full day of our scheduled work. Stepping away from the business is not something we take lightly; it means real sacrifices and lost revenue. But we believed their word. Even while making the long drive down to Houston, we called and texted them one last time to ensure everything was still on track. They texted back confirming everything was exactly as expected. Then we arrived. Walking through the doors, the atmosphere immediately felt off—a classic, sleazy sales environment. But the real heartbreak happened when they finally put the paperwork in front of us. In a blatant bait-and-switch, they had tacked on over $3,000 worth of unrequested "elite protection plans" and other phantom accessories. When we pointed out the discrepancy and asked for these forced add-ons to be removed so we could proceed with the agreed-upon price, the salesperson deflected and went to get his manager. We expected an apology and a quick correction. Instead, the manager marched over and, with stunning arrogance and rudeness, flatly told us, "We don't negotiate." There was no negotiation to be had; we were simply asking them to honor the exact price they had guaranteed us just hours prior. We walked out empty-handed. We lost an entire day of our lives, sacrificed a day's income, and burned through a tank of gas, all because this dealership relies on deceptive, sleazy tactics to lure people in. The blatant disregard for our time and the absolute lack of integrity is staggering. Do not make the same mistake we did. Do not trust their advertised prices, and do not trust their word over the phone. Take your hard-earned money to a business that actually respects its customers. More
