It was not on the Carfax and the windshield had a crack in it they made my wife finance a $1600 three-year warranty Mandatory upon financing the vehicle. It covered the windshield but when we tried to get the windshield replaced, they denied fixing it. We wanted to return the truck back and they refused to take it back. Do not go to them. This dealership sells a lot of vehicles that have been in either one accident or multiple accidents And they’re not honest with the information on the vehicle or stand to by their warranties they so-called provide. To top it off, there was a car we had previously taken a look at. The air wasn’t working. They said they would fix it. When they said it was fixed, we took another look and it was still broken. So did no one check this after ‘fixing’ it? Who knows, the service department was ‘closed’ during their normal business hours. I will never go here again and I will make sure to let everyone know not to use this business. More

Here’s a breakdown of the additional charges: Pre-Delivery Fee: $1,299 Electronic Registration Fee: $899 Ally Gap Coverage: $1,200 Alpha Warranty Protection: $4,681 (I opted for this comprehensive bumper-to-bumper coverage, anticipating it might benefit resale value in the future.) Anti-Theft Protection: $799 Elite Protection Plan: $1,495 (This was required by HGreg, not optional.) Sales Tax: $1,600 County Tax: $50 Sales Tax on Ancillary Products: $488.25 Doc Stamp Taxes: $124.95 I am sharing this to keep potential buyers informed, as I suspect not everyone is charged uniformly. I got in the car it was cleaned but not clean. So I sent it back to be “detailed” again. All they did was soak everything in the cleaner and send it back out. Agin I was sick of the xxxxxxxx so I realized I was going to have to waste my weekend cleaning the car correctly. After reviewing the contract the cars sales price is $3,000 more than what was listed. I was forced into purchasing their warranty for $1,599 they said all the vehicles they sell have the warranty and it is not optional. So here I am putting 11k down on a 32k car and still having a 29k loan at the end of the deal. They are just as bad or worse then all the other dealers xxxx all dealerships buy your cars cash private party! More
