1-Hgregg's process is very slow and extremely tedious. 2-The fees are outrageous. 3- including License fee whether you can use it or not. 4- The car arrived with ENGINE LIGHT ON. This affected many systems including: AIR Conditioning, in summer. 5- It arrived with only One broken key. They had the car for a long time so it definitely should have been repaired. Obviously, it was unusable without thousands of dollars of repairs. 6- I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the repairs. I have not received any communication from them since then then despite many calls and texts. 7- They held my money for a week before sending the car and clearly didn't fix any mechanical problems. I will never deal with them and I warn all possible customers not to buy from them. More

Hgreg WAS a great dealer ship, we have purchased before with no issues. Went to look at a chevy spark for an advertized price of *8898.00. I was fine with the price and the car. Then I was told there is with no issues. Went to look at a chevy spark for an advertized price of *8898.00. I was fine with the price and the car. Then I was told there is a $1495 charge for some nitrogen and spray in the inside. That is over 15% above the advertised price. They would not discount the fluff charge so I walked away. Wasted 3 hours of my day with these clowns. Be aware, every single car has a $1495.00 mark up above what they tell you. Why are most car dealers so crooked???? More
