This Dealership is one to be AWARE of and AFRAID of . I had 2 cars from there and had to return both cars due to the fact that there was NO SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEMS in the car. Both the seat belt and the I had 2 cars from there and had to return both cars due to the fact that there was NO SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEMS in the car. Both the seat belt and the Air bag WHERE TAMPERED WITH and they wired around the seatblets so no lights would go on.THE airbags where not working and even one car had an airbag that did not belong in that car and was so old it had rust on the connections. and it was from a Junk yard. Nothing showed on the carfax with one car about airbags. ANY CAR YOU BUY THATS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT BEWARE!! Salesman told me if it was in an accident you DONT WANT IT.. They then Screwed me out of 3,900 by making me trade in a car what was suppose to be unwound... This car should of never came into play if unwounded and making me trade in thier screw ups , well. Unfortunately I purchased a vehicle here because I was drawn in by their promise of no underhanded dealings after having had a bad experience at another dealership. They go so far as to sit you down when drawn in by their promise of no underhanded dealings after having had a bad experience at another dealership. They go so far as to sit you down when you first walk in and go over their company's policy of not adding hidden fees or costs when you sign the final papers. I was incredibly surprised upon going to complete my first loan payment to find that this had not been the case. They committed borderline, if not outright fraud by nearly doubling the agreed upon car loan price in order to pay for added warranties. I was not told by the sales person at the time that they had increased my loan amount in order to pay for these and the final loan he told me I was approved for was only given in the monthly amount in order to hide the fact that the total had been increased. After being assured that I was given the final price before signing the papers, of course I did not question when I was told to initial and sign the paperwork. Fortunately I've spotted this mistake within the 60 day time frame to get some (but not all) of these warranties refunded. However, I'm still left with an inflated monthly car loan payment, as the final amount I'm paying added $10,000 to the initial car price. The car is not worth what I'm paying for it and I was thoroughly scammed by this place. I highly recommend purchasing from a more reputable source such as CarRite, CarMax, or Carvana. I have already sent in my request for warranty refunds to the accounting manager Michelle as I was directed to do so by the general customer call line. If the paperwork is held up on their end in order to continue making money from the policies, I will be sure to update this review. More
NEGATIVE 100% - CON DEALERSHIP - CROOKS - THEIVES - DISHONEST - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!! THEY CON OLD WOMEN. Don't fall into their trap like I did. Bought vehicle and when picked up wind DISHONEST - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!! THEY CON OLD WOMEN. Don't fall into their trap like I did. Bought vehicle and when picked up windows did not operate. Accepted vehicle with their word it would be fixed and they had the part. Made several service appointments which were canceled and the salesman said he would pick up the vehicle to have it fixed and didn't. Phoned to reschedule always got an answering service, emailed numerous occasions, finally service stopped responding. Finally got a REAL person today on the phone, and told because its now past 30 days no service can be done. I'm an old woman with cancer and now have a vehicle that NO windows go up or down. Can't go through the bank, drive through or even to get some fresh air! More
One of the worst I used to work in a car dealership, so I know how it works, but this place too the cake. I knew I was going to pay more due to my credit, so that wasn I used to work in a car dealership, so I know how it works, but this place too the cake. I knew I was going to pay more due to my credit, so that wasn't an issue, but once bought, it was amazing how bad this car really is. So I bought a 2007 Kia Sorento from them last year. I have my own business, so it was hard to get me financed, buy they did and got me out the door that day. Then a week later, I get a call from the financial institution who was looking for more information, as they had no clue I owned my own business. I had to go through all the paperwork again. Next the key fob didn't work. Easy fix right, so I said I would program it, as I've done a few others. Well, this year has to be done by the dealership, so I called up my sales guy. His response, there is no IOU on it, so I would be charged, mind you this is the next week. My wife noticed she was having a hard time breathing in the car too, so I thought I would replace the cabin filter. No, cabin filter, not holder for cabin filter, no cover for duct return. Okay, now I was getting irritated. Called about that, was told, "you do realize you bought a used car". Again, this is week 2 of owning it. So week 3, I decided I needed to really go though my "new used car". Here is what I found. 4. 3 out of 4 tires need to be replaced badly. 5. misaligned 6. 5 intake manifold bolts loose. 7. part of the wiring harness in the engine bay was loose, and touching exhausted 8. Spark plugs, looked original, mind you I bought this car with 130,000 miles on it. 9. drive shaft center bearing, not only shot, but broken and slapping around 10. Thing was just dirty straight from the dealership. I had to clean the car for one full day, and found all types of stuff from one of the previous owners, including stickers stuck on the sun visor. Again, what should I expect for a used car, bought at a dealership, who is supposed to be part of the Kia family. I would truly stay away from this place. More

Although it was a struggle to get approved that day they let me take the car for a couple days, finally got approved for the car the next week. After having the car for a couple weeks started realizing some things were broke and some issues I've been to Service 3 times driver side mirror didn't work and console clip was broke, almost a month still waiting for the part, Actuator went bad and headlight bulb went out, I had to pay for those.. I also had to take it for a skipping or shaking when accelerating they could not diagnose it because it does not do it all the time. I asked about my original metal tag they told me it will come in the mail everything takin care of they later on they told me I have to go to DMV to straighten out I called they said it was mailed today. Now I still don't have my tag stuck with an expired paper tag from Qauto if buying usedjust make sure you inspect the vehicle out very well.. More
