Marcus Rogers at the sales lot is an excellent - M. McFall

Marcus Rogers at the sales lot is an excellent representative. I didn't say salesman on purpose. I NEVER felt any pressure to purchase. He was always polite, positive about the Grenadier brand and it's future. He answered all questions, no matter how off the wall, professionally. He's a good "face" for the dealership and the brand. I also had several long discussions with their Service Manager, Evan Doel. Exceedingly knowledge about the vehicles and gave me hi HONEST opinion on the Grenadier line good and things that could be improved. I NEVER got the feeling or impression he was trying to blow sunshine up my kilt. These two gentlemen are the reason I decided to purchase one.

After a frustrating week of back-and-forth with another - Tom Pecina

After a frustrating week of back-and-forth with another dealership, we reached out to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, where we’ve serviced our Lexus vehicles for years. The difference was night and day. Simon Tickett, the new car director, found the exact 2026 RX 350h my wife wanted, arranged the deal, price, and trade. The whole negotiation took about 20 minutes by email, with no games. Delivery day was just as outstanding. Carson walked us through the car and set up all the tech. Anna made financing quick and professional. We were in and out in a little over an hour on a busy Saturday, with a red bow and the team gathered to congratulate us. If you want a straightforward, professional dealership, this is it.

I had a great experience at Lakeland Auto Mall. - Lisagese

I had a great experience at Lakeland Auto Mall. I came in knowing what car I wanted, and Carlton made the whole process easy from start to finish. Within about 10 minutes of arriving, he had me out on a test drive, and I knew right away that I loved the car. What impressed me most was how smooth and fast everything went. Carlton was helpful, professional, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. The financing was easy, and they worked quickly to get everything approved and completed. From the time I arrived until I drove off the lot, the entire process took about three hours, including financing. I was able to get my car the very same morning, which was amazing. I’ve had my car for almost a month now and I’m still very happy with it. If you’re looking for a dealership that moves fast and provides great customer service, I definitely recommend Lakeland Auto Mall—especially Carlton!

We never deal with sales people we do not know or even usually do any type of business out of our home town. We took a chance on Car Heroes- 3 hours from home and unknown to us. From our initial inquiry with Greg and his follow up after the fact, our interaction with the sales team and final sale with Will we were beyond pleased and our truck is absolutely perfect! We could not recommend them any more!!

I've purchased many cars over my 67 years and when I saw - J. Brandon

I've purchased many cars over my 67 years and when I saw a car I wanted to see and test drive, I contacted the dealership and Caleb Peters contacted me right away and long story short, I drove my dream ride home the next day. Caleb is the epitome of a professional. Polite, intelligent, and a good sense of humor which is sometimes lacking today. Caleb made the process easy and straight forward. No curve xxxxx like I've experienced with dealers in the past. He emailed me a video of the car after I inquired about it. He answered every single question with confidence and because I was trading in my Land Rover Discovery Sport, he met me on arrival and got the assessment of my trade while already having the car I was interested in freshly washed and ready for a test drive. I love my new car and have Caleb to thank for that. If you are interested in a Jag or Land Rover, go to Jaguar Land Rover, Lakeland and ask for Caleb. You'll be happy you did.
