Sold me a truck with a warranty . Motor made noise and took it to them . They said it’s fine and use my warranty . Dealership refused buy back and now said they will install a used motor and I have to pay half of the cost . They had my truck over a month only to try and scam me . If I were you I would steer clear of them . Both in Chicago and merrillville . Their service dept never even looked at the engine . A 3rd party took one day to find the issue . I still got denied to fix but found the issue which I had to pay for . They do not return calls and will lie to you about leaving messages . They also told me I couldn’t get the loan without a warranty which is fraud . I’m an honest hard working person who bought a car for my family and it’s sitting at the dealership broken with no help from them . I can’t sell it and I can’t drive it . It’s sad and a business like this should have taken care of me as I am a returning customer to good business. I was forced to get a lawyer and go from there . More
