I had originally had a problem with my cab camera while under warranty but technician couldn’t find the problem. The problem reappeared and took it in again. The technician fixed it. The warranty had expir under warranty but technician couldn’t find the problem. The problem reappeared and took it in again. The technician fixed it. The warranty had expired but Haag covered the cost. I will highly consider Haag Ford for my next vehicle purchase. More

Some of the service writers need to improve their customer service and appreciation. I requested a basic 60K service, was not given an estimated price, all of the documented aspects on we are site we customer service and appreciation.
