Made the appointment a week in advance dropped my truck off the day before my appointment (Wednesday) expected a call Thursday, heard nothing. Called Friday to find out my truck had not been touched. On Monday, after the problematic service appointment, the previous week, I returned my vehicle to the dealership unannounced. Met with the service manager, Ray Merida, expressing my dissatisfaction with the previous week, I returned my vehicle to the dealership unannounced. Met with the service manager, Ray Merida, expressing my dissatisfaction with the condition of my vehicle upon its return, and the problems we found. Ray noted my issues and assured me they would be corrected that day and then had someone drive me home. Ray called me around noon and told me the vehicle was ready to pick up. Explaining In detail, that each issue was solved. Thank goodness, the problems were basically cosmetic, and easily fixable. He assigned the same technician who originally worked on my edge, to correct the problems. So I am confident he addressed them with the technician. I am a long time Ford customer with this dealership. I have never had, an issue like this before. I am very satisfied with how Ray and his team rectified the problems. More
