This customer was very disappointed the last time I visited your service department. I waited for my vehicle for over two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. We have three vehicles to maintain and I think I need to shop around for a new service center. On the plus side staff were friendly and polite. More

Everyone did a great job taking care of us. Very patient with answering my questions. I needed more information about the collision feature which I believe is actually very dangerous. My F150 was in service for 10days which left me without a vehicle for that time period. I always had to contact the service department to see where they were on the repairs. Twice I was promised they would vehicle for that time period. I always had to contact the service department to see where they were on the repairs. Twice I was promised they would call me and the calls never came. I was told one time by the gentleman that he was just too busy the prior day to return the call that was promised. We were not upset with the quality of the work but with the communication. I did get the impression that the problem with the truck was a known problem on the 2017 F150 even though there is not a recall for the problem. Prior to this repair, I had always been very pleased with the service that I had received at Haag Ford. I even made the 130 mile round trip for the past 6 years to have the routine service and recall repairs because of the service I received. This experience may influence my next purchase. More
