I really don’t want to leave 2 stars but recently my service is done wrong, I changed the parts in April this year, and same issue happened, I was charged to fix it again, and I paid the loaner, also my service is done wrong, I changed the parts in April this year, and same issue happened, I was charged to fix it again, and I paid the loaner, also my service advisor didn’t tell me to have annual service to be done, I paid that last Oct, now the app reminds me to have it checked. I understand you try to save as much as you can to save the dealership. But I paid for it, and it’s only 2 weeks from the annual inspection! Bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 BMW iX here on 6/13/2026. The windshield had a visible crack in the driver's line of sight. Their own service records show they resin-repaired that crack before the 6/13/2026. The windshield had a visible crack in the driver's line of sight. Their own service records show they resin-repaired that crack before the sale - they knew about it - and still sold the car as BMW Certified with the glass marked 'Passed.' I followed up weekly for two months; they acknowledged the problem and did nothing. In August they kept my car for 16 days, gave me no loaner, and returned it with zero work done. The finance office was just as bad: roughly three hours of pressure that ended with $10,418.50 in add-ons - a $6,940 service contract whose 84-month term started from the car's 2023 in-service date (only about 50 of the 84 months were left when I signed), $2,328.50 tire-and-wheel, and $375 GAP - mostly duplicating coverage the car already had. I've filed complaints with the NY Attorney General and the NYS DMV. If you're considering a 'certified' car here, ask what their inspection actually means. Buy somewhere else. More
