Bought a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler unlimited EcoDiesel with only 19,190 miles . Two different keys to my Jeep. One to mine and one to someone else's jeep i guess . So I only have one key to my Jeep. They lied only 19,190 miles . Two different keys to my Jeep. One to mine and one to someone else's jeep i guess . So I only have one key to my Jeep. They lied and said it only needed a battery. They allowed me to drive home (3 hour drive) on shotty tires with bad dry rot between worn tire treads also. Oil change needed alert and DEF Low with warning that my Jeep would not start in 300 miles, on my dash display. Also it had a bad death wobble on the highway on my way home. They will not respond after saying they will call back multiple times. The customer service contact by email is also useless as it is only a Ai that is obviously programmed to divert you from contacting a human to resolve any issues you may have. Its been 3 weeks now and they still will not do anything or even respond . Nothing but lip service when I call. More
