Service was very very every poor unexpected. I was charged for $178 dollars and without telling me before they did the work and after the work was done they said I need to pay. But they should’ve let me know before cuz I might not do the work and pay. It was hard on me it’s a big amount for me. They didn’t do their part that telling me before. It’s was a horrible experience with them . Plz don’t trust them ask them before you drop off the your car. Make sure you ask them before what will be the bill. More

I came in, unannounced, to see a pre-owned car. Spoke with Moe, drove it and then got right down to business. I told him the price I needed to get the deal signed. He promptly spoke with his team, accepted my offer and it was done. After my recent experiences at other dealerships in the area, it was refreshing to see that there was no hidden fees or extra xx that was added to the bottom line of the car. What we negotiated is what I paid. Additionally working with Waleed, the finance guy, was a breeze. He found a bank and beat the interest rate I had in mind. Typically finance managers will try to nickel and dime you with all extra and nonsense that is not typically needed for the car. This was not the case at Habberstad BMW I was shocked but I guess in this day an age, just being transparent and upfront is all it takes for a dealership to wow me. Shout out to the team for making this usually stressful experience, seamless. More
