Could not be bothered to contact me regarding an inquiry. I was interested in a vehicle and inquired online, and did initially receive a contact and was told a client advisor would get back to me, the next I was interested in a vehicle and inquired online, and did initially receive a contact and was told a client advisor would get back to me, the next day nothing, I followed up, I was assured they would follow up but still nothing, another day goes by another follow up, NOTHING. Then I ask for another client advisor, I get a yes we can do that again NOTHING. then I look today (A FULL WEEK AFTER I INITIALLY INQUIRED ABOUT THE CAR AND IT IS GONE) This is garbage, People want cars, they want to give you money for cars and you ignore them. TERRIBLE Experience, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. More

Average experience. I waited more than I was expecting for a tire change and inspection. No quiet area to take work calls. The worst ! Got my car back after almost 4 weeks. Literally drove it for 1 hour and it stopped in the middle of Jericho turnpike and turned off and wouldn’t sta Got my car back after almost 4 weeks. Literally drove it for 1 hour and it stopped in the middle of Jericho turnpike and turned off and wouldn’t start up again. It was dark and I had my 6 1/2 year old in the car with traffic flowing at full speed. The scariest thing ever. A nice man pushed me over to a parking lot where BMW said the car would be towed and I drove my the next day at 12:45pm and the car is still sitting there dead. I will never ever get a BMW ever again. The way that I have been treated is disgusting and put me and my child in a major danger. More
