I don't think I have posted more than 3 reviews online ever. I say that to emphasize how important it is for everyone to know that if they are in the market for a BMW, they have to stop by this dealershi ever. I say that to emphasize how important it is for everyone to know that if they are in the market for a BMW, they have to stop by this dealership and speak with either Miguel Rivera or Bari Bakhtari. In my recent and extremely lengthy search for a car, I went to a ridiculous number of dealerships comprising almost every make of car you can think of and, more than once in some cases. After meeting with so many salesmen in all of these dealerships, it is crystal clear to me that both Miguel Rivera and Bari Bakhtari are in a class by themselves. No other salesmen in any of the other dealerships, BMW or otherwise, even came close to providing me with the impressively high level of service that other customers who haven't worked with them may not even experiecnce. In short, they: -were extremely knowledgable about both BMWs and other comparable cars to those I asked about -offered me extremely useful information that I hadn't even thought to ask -welcomed my many questions and very clearly and thoroughly answered them -were honest as I observed by speaking with salesmen in other dealerships. -were extremely attentive to me without hovering over me as I looked at some of the cars -showed a clear desire to help point me in the right direction for the car that was best for me. My experience working with both of them was so amazing, that I joked with them that whether or not I buy a BMW, I would love for them to get credit for the sale. They absolutely deserve it. Remote service was a magical experience. Flat tire at 9am. Two visits - one to remove tire and place a spare. The second to bring a new tire and install. Back in business by 2pm. Perfection!
