It has always been our policy just like any other rental car company to charge for fuel that customers use when they do not replenish the fuel that they used is also customary to charge a diagnostic fee just like every other dealer typically does I am sure this diagnostic fee was mentioned and approved by you before any work was performed which is part of our transparency.
