I was thrilled with the vehicle, and even more so with James. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the product, and he facilitated a seamless transaction. Over the years, my relationship with James has grown into a strong friendship. I have referred many friends and family members to James, and he has taken care of each one as if they were his own. Now that James sells BMW’s, I drive a BMW. That’s the difference between James and other salesman. When James puts his stamp of approval on something, you know it is a quality product. I will plan my next purchase with James, regardless of what dealership or manufacturer he represents. I suggest that all who read this do the same. Also, James is not the type of salesman who disappears after he sells you your vehicle. James has been available every time I needed my car serviced. I recently needed my brakes done for my 5 series. James made sure that a loaner car was available, and had it ready and waiting for me. He is never more than a phone call away, which is invaluable when choosing a salesman. I leased my 535xi from James Jacome back on December 15th 2012. He was not only accomodating but, friendly. James made me feel completely welcomed on our first visit and went over the different car and financial options thoroughly without pushing too hard on our decision making. I was very specific in my search and James spent a considerable amount of time to help me get the exact car I wanted. His presentation was extremely professional, and his service went above and beyond what I was accustomed to in the past with sales reps. On the day that I was supposed to pick-up my vehicle, I had an issue with the car rental company who would not provide me with transportation to Habberstad. I was able to call James for help and he personally to pick me up from the rental company within minutes. In the week following my first week with the new car, I received correspondences from both James and the dealership to make sure that I was happy with the purchase and did not have any issues. I will definitely be coming back to James for any new purchases, and would recommend the same to friends and family! More
