I searched for 8 months for a 530XI wagon. I found one at Habberstad BMW. My first conversation I was lied to about the price. I was then sold a car with faulty brakes. The pads and rotors needed to be repla Habberstad BMW. My first conversation I was lied to about the price. I was then sold a car with faulty brakes. The pads and rotors needed to be replaced within 60 days of receiving the car. The tires were directional tires that had big clear arrows as to which way to be mounted, all four were mounted backwards. The tires are so cheap that I was told by BMW in Irvine, CA that they will literally disintegrate. I was sent one old ratty key and asked for another one, finally 4 months later a key was sent. This key was not even coded or cut for my car. It is nothing more than a pendant. I have numerous emails that state someone will get back to me to try and make things right. Nobody has ever sent an email without me first inquiring. This has been going on since September, I still have one key, I paid full retail for the car and spent $1300 on brakes within the first 60 days of owning the car and nobody there really cares one bit. Lesson learned, don't buy a car in New York if you live in California and don't assume since it is a BMW dealership that they have any integrity. Habberstad BMW certainly has no integrity or sense of customer service. More
