You get the sense that Andy wants to sell you a car but he is more interested in making sure that you are happy with your decision. My wife changed her mind twice but Andy was consistently as helpful even when it looked like we may not buy a car. The greeting team and everyone that walks around is friendly and professional and Jerry the sales manager was extremely accommodating as well.
