I was to have picked up my 2009 335i hard top convertible on a Sunday due to my work & vacation schedules. Marc was willing to accomidate my needs by coming in early on a Sunday morning. When my plans changed he was able to push everyhimg up 3 days so that I could pick up on the Thursday before.
