I was there on time for scheduled service apppoint but was put in the waiting room until my Service Rep was able to write up my car. Cars with earlier appointments who showed up late were taken for service before my car which was there on time, but pushed back to assist the late patrons. I am thinking that the cones with the appointment times is NOT a good idea. More
