I would not come to this dealership, and I would advise others not to. The certified pre-owned department is not professional at all. I made an appointment calling the customer service line and was told others not to. The certified pre-owned department is not professional at all. I made an appointment calling the customer service line and was told that three cars would be available, an X3 M40i, X5 M50i, and M550i. I went to the dealership only to find out that none of the cars were available and one was in fact sold "today". I called back later in the day and got another story from another person on the customer service the line that the car was sold a few days ago. I also test drove a car a few months ago and they had to run my credit to test drive an M550i. Unless you want to be told different stories and be asked to "qualify" the person to do a simple test drive, do not come here. Honestly I had better experiences at Porsche and Mercedes. BMW quality has went down in customer service. I dealt with Paola, and Derek. Lot of attitude and just kept eating their lunch while talking to me. Very unhelpful, no hospitality, and no respect for other peoples time. Most of the sales department here does not even know the details about the cars they are selling. STAY AWAY! More

I saw i car online id been looking all over for and it was a great deal. It had just been posted. I got a text immediately from them at 11pm saying id be contacted in the morning which i was. I told him the time id stop by and i was going to leave a down payment and come back for it later. He told me it would be ready for me to see within 30 minutes of me calling. When im 5 minutes away they call me and told me it was sold already the night before which the ad was posted the night before. Seems like to me last second someone employee decided to hold it for a friend. If it really was sold it shouldnt be shown as being for sale anymore. For a dealership like that to not know there own inventory is ridiculous. To get someones hopes up like that just to crush them because nobody could be bothered to take the ad down is just neglect on their part. The funniest part is the ad is still up hours later too and id bet they still dont take it down for a while. Its just unprofessional and poor used car management. Definitely wouldnt do business with them and would tell anyone who thought about buying from there not too. More
