Recently purchased a Mini Cooper S All4 Countryman and had a great experience. The dealership was outstanding. They made it real easy and gave me a tremendous deal on my trade-in and the Mini purchase pri had a great experience. The dealership was outstanding. I walked into the Mini Cooper dealership, just looking to get an idea of what they were selling for as i wanted to purchase one for my wife as a 50th Birthday present. Maureen Hirsch greeted me, and understood that i was just looking. She did ask me the right questions as to what my goal was financially, and showed me a 2013 leftover that actually had a better finance rate then the 2014's. She described all the features, and then went to see her manager to see if he could make the deal work as it was leftover car. 30 minutes later, i signed the deal. she made the car available for me when i wanted it, took the time to slowly and carefully review all the features, and even was able to get me mirror covers and racing stripes that really set the car off. My wife loves the car, and even when she decided she didn't like the checker board mirror covers, Maureen told her not to worry about it, just bring the car in and they would change them out while she waited. It was actually the best car buying experience i have ever had. I would definitely recommend the Mini Cooper to anyone, and would highly recommend Maureen as a sales person. More
Everyone at the service center was extremely courteous; however, I was led to believe that I need to pay for a service done that was elective. This service ended up being close to $400 and while the servic however, I was led to believe that I need to pay for a service done that was elective. This service ended up being close to $400 and while the service procedures were explained (e.g., every 15000 miles, to improve mileage, it's a fuel injection, etc.), the fact that it was elective was not. After hesitatingly agreeing to the service, I returned to pick up my car a few hours later and asked directly if the service was required as per my lease. The service representative would not answer me directly, stating that "pretty much everyone gets it done." I went to sales, asked the same question, and received a clear answer. When I went back to service, visibly upset, they reduced the price to $200 and gave me a keychain. I paid the $200 and stated, clearly, that I will never get this service done again, or any additional services that are not in my lease. Good lesson for me to be more familiar with my lease and knowing what I'm responsible for; in the end, I felt duped and was very disappointed in the experience. More

There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but Jarred's enthusiasm for Mini was infectious and made it difficult to leave without pur Jarred Sinclair. Of the 3 items I requested they attend to, none were done. Of course, induction cleaning (not essential but really pushed on me by them) which is a charged for service was done (see review under Google done. On a previous visit, the cover over the tow hook attachment which is on the rear of the car was lost (by Habberstadt). I was promised it would be replaced. When I telephonically booked the service, I mentioned this again, it should have been written down but was not. Of course they don't have the spare on hand. Needs another visit for what is probably a $5 item, but leaves a big ugly hole on the back of the car. Also requested that they install a software update for the Blue Tooth for the car as Samsung Galaxy 4 is not able to connect to the system. I can't for the life of me imagine that they don't have one as the Galaxy is not exactly an uncommon phone! And lastly, firewire for iPhone 5 is also unavailable. How long has the iPhone 5 been out? The 5S will be out later this month! This will no doubt be my last mini and this is my third. More
No B.S. I told George what I was looking for and what my financial commitments could be to my car purchase and he made it happen. No smoke and mirrors like other car dealers.
