Danny was very communicative during the whole process. The bumper was cracked while the car was at the dealer for a alternator problem, the dealership informed us and fixed it. On top of this, UNLIKE the service advisor that wanted to charge me nearly $200 to pair the remote (only took 30 seconds), he told me how to do it myself. To the service advisor that either didn't know, or tried to rip me off, these are the steps W/O charging someone $200 to pair a remote: Step 1: unlock car from the other key u have or make sure car is unlocked. Step 2: jump in car with new key. Step 3: close door Step 4: hold new key up against the steering column on the right side where it has two arrows like( >< ) Step 5: foot on brake and press start button. Should this not work on first try. Repeat again 2-3 times. More
