My son and I went to Oyster Bay BMW on Monday, September 17th upset from a previous BMW purchase under different management and discussed our disatifaction with the previous purchase. I just bought a 328xi from Oyster Bay BMW on Friday, and I had a very good experience. Robert Nova (the salesperson we dealt with) was helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to be with on the test drives my wife I had a very good experience. Robert Nova (the salesperson we dealt with) was helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to be with on the test drives my wife and I took. He did not pressure us at all, which was terrific. Overall, the process for buying the car was pretty easy. They didn't have my car in stock, but they got it from a nearby warehouse/dealer (not sure) within a few hours. My only complaint would be that I was told to arrive at 4pm to sign final paperwork and only pulled out with the car about an hour later. Still, I had the car within about 4 hours of making the decision to buy it, so how upset can I be!?! More
