They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Instead of feeling rushed or pressured, I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. They walked me through different options, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their transparency and honesty made a big difference, and I really appreciated how patient they both were throughout the experience. skip the service department. on two consecutive occasions i was told work which had just been done (prior week and less than 250 added miles) was "over due" then the botched br on two consecutive occasions i was told work which had just been done (prior week and less than 250 added miles) was "over due" then the botched breaks and triggered transmission issues while doing warranty work which was not remedied - it was caught by another Hyundai shop. otherwise, they constantly have recommended unnecessary or early, expensive, maintenance work. I switched to Gary Rome after the most recent offences and I'm so far, very pleased with that facility More
