That is true and I appreciate that. Nevertheless, after four weeks and $3100, the problem was NOT fixed. I'll never deal with a Haddad dealership again. I tell everyone I know my story. It is telling that the negative review elicited a response in less than 24 hours and when the car was in the shop no one could call me for DAYS. Alll the service department was interested in was convincing me to buy a new car... which I did, but not from HADDAD. I kept the Santa Fe for dump runs since I can't trust it for anything else..

We are very sorry to hear about your recent service experience. Because we accept walk-ins for our express oil change, there may have been an extended wait time when you arrived. During the refill of oil, the filter got stuck open. Our Express Technician, Virginia, acted as quickly as she could to re-drain the oil and refill it to specifications. She then got assistance to clean up the oil spilled onto the engine bay. After that, she brought the car into the detail bay and used de-greaser and high pressure hose to remove as much residual oil as possible. She also used glass cleaner to clean the windows and washed the car when finished. She drove the vehicle down the street to burn off any residual oil that may have been on exhaust manifold to prevent smoking. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused to you. If there is anything else we can do, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Service Manager, Wayne Santelli, at 413-997-9322. Thank you.
