This review is for the Haddad Service Center. I am new to the area and unfortunately came across this service center as it is the only one in the area. First, they have terrible service hours whi I am new to the area and unfortunately came across this service center as it is the only one in the area. First, they have terrible service hours which means if you have a typical 9-5 job you have to take time off. Second, they held my car for 7 days just so they can tell me nothing was wrong with it. The next day I had the same exact issue with losing power and being stabbed on the road. Third, when I would follow-up because I wasn't getting an update, I would take time out of my day to get information. At one point I would get disconnected at least 4 times while being on hold. Completely unprofessional. If you want great service travel elsewhere and check their reviews. More

The service rep Delia as well as reception were very friendly and efficient. My wait was exactly as presented to me. No problem really but after leaving and driving to pick up my granddaughter at school I found a huge round creeper upside down in the back compartment of my Telluride! We had to drive all the way back to the dealership to return it. I guess someone got distracted- but why was it in my vehicle at all? I’m hoping this was just an anomaly- otherwise I’m happy with my service experience- just need to tighten up on neatness during the servicing process. More
