Good but tracker once car is checked in wasn’t updated as it should be. With an appointment, it still took almost 2 weeks to get a diagnosis and have recall problems fixed. What's the point of the appointment in the first place. I was also charged a full hour of service to chec a diagnosis and have recall problems fixed. What's the point of the appointment in the first place. I was also charged a full hour of service to check an LED light that takes one glance to see that it's unrepairable. Not fair to charge that hour for less than 5 minutes of work. More

I am new to the dealership and I was not told how long they would keep my vehicle, I had a 7:00 appointment and I got my car at 5:00. No updates whatsoever I had to call the manager to see what was the pr they would keep my vehicle, I had a 7:00 appointment and I got my car at 5:00.
