I have taken my optima here twice to get recall work done. The first time they siphoned fuel out of my tank and didn’t put it back. The second time they had my car the motor was blown so they had to rep done. The first time they siphoned fuel out of my tank and didn’t put it back. The second time they had my car the motor was blown so they had to replace it under warranty. They had my car for 55 days before they got around to fixing it. They let my battery sit for 55 days so obviously it was dead then tried to sell me a battery to fix their screw up. It appears that they dropped the whole k member to take out the motor and when they re connected the steering rack they were off by a tooth because my steering wheel is now sideways. If they paid this little attention to the alignment of the wheel what else did they not pay attention to? Are my motor mount bolts even torqued? Am I randomly going to have my ac compressor fall off because they didn’t put the bolts in? I don’t know. I do know that I can’t trust the work. I don’t know if my car is safe to drive and it’s terrifying. They asked me to bring the car back next week so if they fix it maybe I’ll change my review. More

Customer service needs professional to training. Staff standing around and gossiping. Very rude clerk handling lift rides. Kept getting address wrong. I ended up paying for my own ride.
