Went in with a tire issue, was given the run around because they couldn't find a hole in my tire. I was finally fed up. Spoke to James the asst manager and he went above and beyond to help me. He found because they couldn't find a hole in my tire. I was finally fed up. Spoke to James the asst manager and he went above and beyond to help me. He found the hole in the tire and because I live far away he gave me a loner to fix my car and get me hoke safe. Thank you to James for all your work. More
I am very happy with my 2021 Kia K5, but disappointed in the service department at Haddad Kia. It took 3 visits for me to finally get my vehicle serviced. The wait the first time was going to be 2 1/2 - 3 h the service department at Haddad Kia. It took 3 visits for me to finally get my vehicle serviced. The wait the first time was going to be 2 1/2 - 3 hours, so I made an appointment. I got to the dealership about 15 minutes before they opened. There were 5 of us waiting for them to open. I was the only one with an appointment at 7am. They took the 4 walk-ins before my scheduled appointment putting me at a 1 1/2 hour wait. I had to get to work, so I left. I went back in another day when I had time to wait. They advisor did remember me and apologized for this issue on the day of my appointment. I think when the doors open they should ask for scheduled appointments to come up to the counter first. Otherwise, what’s the point of having an appointment? More
