Wasted an entire day (for an appointment made weeks ago) regarding recall work. Showed in "Check In Status" for 7 hours. Only way I found out there was a problem was by calling 7 1/2 hours later that the part never arrived and my car sat there, not worked on ALL day and no one bothered to call me! Incredibly frustrating. I did not have a good experience with the service manager, either. I now have had to schedule a second appointment to attempt to try this, again. The only kind person I dealt with was a female employee that was attempting to schedule and handle my service. Thank you, Dulce, for your patience and kindness. More
The service center, while definitely not glamorous, was ok. I've been to other Kia dealerships (Glendale, Carson) which have MUCH nicer facilities. When I brought the car, they asked me if I was going to leave the car all day as that is what they request when dealing with a recall. However, the recall only needed software updates. When I mentioned this, the service employee then said, "Ok, let me see if I can get it done sooner." It was done sooner, but I thought it was ridiculous that software updates were going to require my car to be there all day. I don't have all day to wait, come on. More
Great from the day I purchased a new Kia in Dec. of 2021. The Sales dept. Was Ton Notch, not pushy. They kept my Appointment time & all Went perfect. The young man, Timothy Johnson who waited on me was great. He was actually fun to talk to. He was pleasant & even offered me a ride if I needed it. When I picked up my car he had it Ready to go close by and took me Right to it. Good job Kia! I hope this Great service Always continues. More

It is way to expensive to get a car fixed there. The fact that I have to pay separate 150$ to look at 2 different issues is ridiculous. It should only be 1 payment of 150$ to look at the cars issues…pretty much like how all other auto shops are. Then on top of that, I feel like I was misguided with the price of what it was going to cost to fix what was wrong. So I was told that the 150$ was going to be included in the final price. I get a call and they tell how much the thing was going to cost and they just tell me what I owe on top of the 150$. When I Approved the fix I was under the impression that the price told to me was also including the 150$. I don’t appreciate being misguided like that. More
My warranty was paid for, but showed cancelled, so I was being told I had to pay for my service. After waiting almost an hour to speak to someone in finance, they couldn't help me. I was finally able to res being told I had to pay for my service. After waiting almost an hour to speak to someone in finance, they couldn't help me. I was finally able to resolve the issue by calling the warranty provider, who informed me that the dealership had cancelled my warranty, and that THEY were refunded (meaning, the dealer had my almost 5k paid). I walked over to accounting and it was all sorted. My whole morning was wasted, but at least I was finally getting service, right? Wrong. They ran out of oil. More
