When discussing service, service rep said he could help out by giving a 10% discount on service. Also, when discussing what repairs were to be done he offered to charge only for parts and not labor for the out by giving a 10% discount on service. Also, when discussing what repairs were to be done he offered to charge only for parts and not labor for the change out of vehicle filters when I mentioned I could do that myself. I agreed to have them do that for just the cost of parts. During the whole process there were times when it was difficult to get ahold of service rep and one particular time he said he would call back and he never did. After the work was complete and I went to pay for the repairs I noticed that not only was there no 10% discount applied, but I was also charged for the labor for the change out of the filter, which I was told I would not be charged for. I did not bring up any of the charge issues due to the fact I just wanted to pay and be done with it. The service I received was very unprofessional and I’m not sure I will return to this dealer for service in the future. More

Customer Service do funny talking. Line to wait. Fast response to clients. There is soft seats, food machine, soda machine, charger, tv, and probably coffee to share. Also Lyft provided if needed.
