I went in to get an oil change and was told it would take 2 hours. I ended up having to wait 6 hours. This is my first experience with this dealership. I have only had to deal with them when I leased the car and when I had my first oil change. I can say that it was much quicker leasing the car than getting only had to deal with them when I leased the car and when I had my first oil change. I can say that it was much quicker leasing the car than getting my oil changed. It took 4 hours for the oil change. I’m hoping that they were just extremely busy that day and it doesn’t take as long next time. More

Most all the service department is rude and not friendly at all. I called to set up an appointment for my oil change and was told they weren’t taking appointment, it was first come first serve.
